County Engineer nKigbt has Pre pared a set of plans for a concrete bridge to be built a mile and a half north of Alliance, about one hundred feet from the Powell farm. A frame bridge was formerly at this place. but it was washed out by the recent high waters, and the road was wash ed out for a distance of several feet : wide.
