Duncan, John Jell nek, county assessor and M. 8. Har graves, clerk. R. D. Pollard, tax agent for the "Chicago. Hurllngton & Qulncy Rail Toad company, appeared before the -board and objected to the listing of taxation of certain property of snld -company In Lake precinct and filed 2ils obectlona thereto. The board decided tjhat as the question was be fore the supreme court they would let the assessments stand as made by she precinct assessor. Taul Armstrong appeared before the board and complained of the val uation of the SK4 of section 22, 4ownshlp 28, range 49. and same was tfminrt to be too high a valuation In comparison with other property and was adjusted accordingly. The balance of the day was spent sjy the board comparing values In personal property in the different preclncta. Whereupon the board adjourr.ei until tomorrow morning, June 16th, .1915. John Dougherty appeared before the board and complained of the val ue placed on lot 1, block 1, second county addition and the valuation waa ordered equalized with other property and ordered placed at 62, 600. Simon Spry appeared before the Jtoard and complained of the values -of lots 2, 3, 4, block 30, original itown, and same was ordered equal ized and value placed at 61050.
