' The meetings of the Hoard shall be held as directed by the President. I The presence of one representative from each participating Suuday School, or two-thirds of the merabcr- ! chip of the Hoard, shall constitute a quorum. Anii VI Amendments to this Constitution may be nade at any meeting of the Board of Control, a copy of the pro posed amendment having been given to each member of the Board at least three days previous to the meeting at which the amendment is to be submitted. The Secretary of the Associa tion shall satisfy himself that the rules are complied with In all sched uled games, shall keep a permanent record of all games played and of the standing of all the teams, and thall publish in the county papers each week a report of the games played, the standing of the tumi and items of interest to the members' or the Association. 6. All games must be played as scheduled, beginning not later than 4 p. m. on the days and at the places specified, unless postponed or chang ed as to location by mutual agree ment of the respective managers or because of weather conditions. The Secretary of the Association shall be Informed of every case in which games are postponed or changed aa to location and of the date on which postponed games are to be played. The datea of postponed games shall be aettled between the mnri nf the respective teams but in any case muBi De piayea not later than two weeks beyond the last date for scheduled game. 7. Should any team fall to be on I he grounds for a scheduled game the Manager of the team which Is present shall notify the Secretary or the Association, claiming the forfeit of the game. The Secretary shall lnveutlgate and if it appears that no mutual agreement for postponement has been made and that weather con ditions have not prevented the ap- pearance of the delinquent team, he shall declare the game forfeited to the team which was present and shall record the game accordingly. 8. Should both teams fail to ap-. pear for a scheduled game without any previous agreement having been, made it shall be considered aa a posu poned game and shall be played at a, future date as provided by Kule 6. 9. Each Manager shall have the right to protest any game which he considers has been Illegally won by an opposing team. This protest nfust be maue at the time the official record of the game Is submitted to the Secretary of the Association.
