Alliance during the Stockmen's Con
vention on June 15, 16, 17 and 18
will not want for entertainment of
very kind. Featurea on the pro
gram are fire banda which will In

moat exciting aport la the amuse
ment line today; racea by wild
mules; the big Wort he in ahows, the
best of their kind In the country;
providing every kind of entertain
ment. Arrangements are being made to
properly care for the thousands who
will attend the convention. Visitors
are assured the time of their life and
that It will be an event long to be remembered.

the walk to be replaced after the
grade has been made. All bids

of fhr.. chattel mortenires. and set out
as follows, to-wlt: One dated on the
6th day of October, 1914, duly filed In
the office of the county clerk of Box
Ilutte County, Nebraska, on the 7th
day of October, 1914, and executed by
Kred F. Fancher to Mack L. Griffin to
secure the payment of the sum of
3431.40, evidenced by three promissory
notes, ail dated October 6. 1914. and
each for the sum. of 3143.80, all said
notes becoming due and payable as
follows: One becoming due and payable
January 1st, 1915; one becoming due
and payable April 1st, 1915, and One
becoming due and payable July 1st,
1915, ail drawing Interest at the rate
of seven per cent per annum from
date, and all of which said notes were
executed by the said Kred K. Fancher
to said Mack L. Urlfflrf, upon which
said mortgage and notes there la now
due the sum of 3449.55. which said
mortgage and notes were sold and as
signed for a valuable consideration by
the said Mark L. Griffin to F. E. Red
dish, who Is now the owner and holder
of said mortgage and notes. Another
chattel mortgage, dated on the 18th
day of February, 1915. duly filed In the
office of the county clerk of Hox Butte
County, Nebraska, on said date, and
executed by F. F. Fancher, who is the
same and identical person as the above
mentioned Fred F. Fancher, to F. E.
Reddish to secure the payment of the
sum of 3154.00, evidenced by one prom
issory note, dated February IS, 1916,
drawing Interest at the rate of 10 per
cent per annum from date, and becom
ing due and payable the 20th day of
March, 1916, which said note was exe
cuted by the said F. F. Fancher to the
said F. E. Reddish, upon which said
mortgage and note there Is now due
the sum of 3157.60. Another chattel
mortgage, dated on the 1st day of Ap
ril, 191a. and duly filed in the office of
the county clerk of Box Butte County,
Nebraska, on said date, and executed
by the said Fred F. Fancher to F. E.
Reddish to secure the payment of the
sum of 3130.00. evidenced by one prom
issory note, dated April 1, 1915, draw
ing interest at the rate of 10 per cent
per annum from date, and becoming
due and payable the 1st day of May.
1915, which said note was executed by
the said Fred F. Fancher to said F. E.
Reddish, upon which said mortgage
and note there is now due the sum of
31S1.60. That the said F. K. Reddish
is the owner and holder of all the
above mentioned mortgages and notes,
and that all of said mortgages and
notes stipulated that should any suit
be brousht on same, the said mortgag
or should pay all costs.
Default having been made In the
payment of said sums, and no suit or
other proceedings at law having been
Instituted to recover said debts or any
part thereof; therefore. I will Sell the
property described in said mortgages,

chairs. 1 cigar show case, 1 candy show
case, 1 tobacco show case, 1 electric
