The work of signing up new mem
bers for the coming year has been
very satisfactory so far, there being
no refusals of old members to sign
up for the next year and several new
members coming in who held out
last year but who have seen the phe
nomenal results achieved during the
past year. The budget system has
eliminated the former custom of go

eral times each year and taking sub
