TO THE VOTERS OF ALLIANCE:
Having allowed my name to be
placed upon the ballots as candidate
for mayor of the city of Alliance, I
feel that I owe to the cltliens of this
city the right to know exactly where
I stand. The city la entitled to econ

to any Increase In taies or any in
crease In the salaries of any of its
officials. I believe that the light and
water department has been managed
on an economical basis and In a business-like
manner, and that the pres
ent superintendent should be re-appointed.
To the above platform I
pledge myself.
