of Ordinance number 180 of the City
of Alliance. Nebraska, and changing
the rates for services of the light
plant of said City.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAY
OR AND CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF ALLIANCE. NEBRASKA.
SECTION 1. That Section 4 of
ordinance number 180 of the City of
Alliance, Nebraska, entitled. "An or
dinance providing for the manage
ment and operation of the electric
light plant and providing edditlonal
regulations for the operation of the
water plant of the city of Alliance,
Neb.: denning the duties and provld -
ing for the salary of the water and
light superintendent, and providing
additional regulations and rules for
the water and electrical department,
and repealing sections numbered six-1
teen and twenty-five of ordinances!
numbered thirty-three and section
numbered three of ordinance num
bered forty-four of the revised or-
dinance of the city of Alliance. Neb
providing penalties for the violation
of the provisions of this ordinance,"

for monthly consumption, and are
