Those who have suffered from
neuralgic pains need not be told
how necessary it is to secure re
lief. The easiest way out of
neuralgia is to use Dr. Miles'
Anti-Pain Pills. They have re
lieved sufferers for so many
years that they have become a
household necessity. .
"I have taken Dr. Miles' Anti-Fain
Pills for five years and they are the
only thing that doea me any good.
They have relieved neuralgia In my
head In fifteen minutes. I have also
taken them for rheumatism, head
ache, tialns In the breast, toothache,
earache and point In the bowels and
limbs. 1 havs found nothing to
equal them and they are all that la
claimed for them."

The case of the State vs. Henry
Shimek. Jr.. Will Keane. Print
Keane, and Frank Bartos was tried
before Judge Berry in the county
court on Tuesday of this week. The
charges were dismissed against all
of the defendants except Henry Shi
mek, Jr. The complainant, Joseph
Duhon, alleged that Shimek, Bartos
and the two Keanes assaulted him at
a Christmas tree celebration the
23rd of December, but the charges
were dismissed against the latter
three defendants, and Shimek was
fined $10 and costs, wlhle both the
complainant and the defendant were
placed under bonds to keep the
peace.
The evidence tended to show that
Mr. Duhon has always had more or
less trouble with his neighbors in
the northwestern part of the county,
and that young Shimek was merely
protecting his own rights. The light
fine was placed on him as a remind
er that the courts are the places to
settle troubles of this kind.
Though it was reported that Du
hon was assaulted by four or five
men at one time, it was shown at the
trial that this was not the case,
young Shimek being the only one to
touch him.
The row was the result of an old
quarrel between Duhon and the fa
ther of the defendant, Henry Shi
mek, and has been going on for sev
eral years.
