Edwards stated after being cap

in Lincoln and that he bought the
gun with which he did the shooting
in Llnclo nbeforeoomlng to Alliance.
He bought it to a pawn shop for
$2.50. Edwards refused to takl at

after he is returned from Lincoln
It will be Impossible to have the

to the supreme court tit might be
possible to have matters completed
and the negro sent to' the electric
chair in three months. Hanging
was abolished about two weeks ago
and an electric chair wlflll be used
for the next capital punishment.
A chrase fo murder in the first
degree was filed against Edward
