EMERY HAS NARROW ESCAPE
Hrakeinan G. V. Emery had a
narrow eeape from being killed
white going east on an extra freight
last Wednesday. At half past elev
en o'clock that night, at Orrilla,
while going forward to help put out
a fire on a car, his lantern went out
and he fell between two carp. He
grabbed the edge of the car roof in
falling and saved himself, getting;
back to the top of the train. One
rib was broken and he is now laid
off until it heals.

Home of the Ford
Three out of five of the cars
in the big 135 mile trip on
Sunday, June 15th, were Ford
automobiles. They went
through the sand and climb
ed the steep hills without
difficulty.
We have only sixteen more Ford cars
to dispose of this season. They are
going fast. GET YOUR CAR NOW
