City of Alliance.

ana the Bo ird of Health of the City
of Alliance, Nf braska:
SECTION 1 That all rules and
rt illations hi rt ti fore made by said
Board for the purpose of preventing
the spread of contagious and infec
tious diseases in the City of Alliance,
Nebrasku, are hereby repealed and
annulled, provided, that this act
shall in 110 Aay affect any quaran
tine regulation prescribed by the
State Board of Health with respect
to individual eases of contagious or
Infectious diseases, and provided, fur
ther, that all dogs, cats, or other
domtstic pets, belonging to or in
possession of , persons at present un
der quarantine. or who have been
quarantined during the past 60 days,
shall not be permitted to run at
large upon the streets or alleys of
said City of Alliance, without a per
mit from the Board of Health, and
being thoroughly fumigated under the
direction of the Board of Health or
some one designated by said Board.
The above resolution will take ef
fect and be in force on and after its
adoption, approval and publication.
