All c.irt and vehicles used for the COllttlOB of garbage and ashes within the city shall be so constructed that none of the contents thereof will be permit ted to drop from, or blow out o f such wagons, and such tarts and wagons shall be thoroughly cleaned, and the driver.- and owner- thereof shall be under t.he supervision of the health commissioner Sec. 2. Comstock, president of Richards and Comstock. was in Alli ance on business several days with in the last week. The companies with which Mr. Comstock is connect ed have done a large part in the development of this part of Nebras ka, especially in promoting the cattle raising industry, and he has done his full share in the good work.
