A. K. Wilson returned last Thurs
day from Thayer county where he
had been visiting his home folks and
looking after business matter's. He
was snowed in for a long time tit
his fine Thayer county farm five
miles north of Helvldere. Mr. Wil
son informs us that he was in LIB

M. L. Whltaker, merchant and
post master of Canton, came to Al
liance Monday via Hemingford ac

aker, who filed that day on a claim
located near Mud Springs, In Sioux
County. They remained in Alliance
