OF THE STAR TELEPHONE
COMPANY
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRE
SENTS: That we, J. E. Rice, C. A. Snow,
Walter Overton, William Rire, Sam
uel HU'kman, J. B. Petty, and Wll
Ham Archer, citizens of the United
States, and residents of the Btate of
Nebraska, do hereby associate our
elves together for the purpose of
forming, and becoming a corporation

purpose of transacting the business
hereinafter described.

The name of this corporation shall
be the Star Telephone Company.
II
The principal place of transacting
M business shall be in the city of
Alliance, county of Box Butte, and

shall be conducted by a board of dl

VIII
The officers of said corporation
shall be a President, Vice President,
Secretary, and Treasurer, and the
offices of Secretary and Treasurer
may be held by the same person.
The officers shall be chosen by the
board of directors, and shall hold
their office for a period of one year,
and until their successors are elected
and qualified.
IX
The annual meeting of stockhold
ers of this corporation shall be held
on the first Monday of January in
each year, at which meeting the di
rectors of the Company shall be
elected, and such other lawful bust
ness done, as the stockholders shall
deem necessary and proper.

The existence of this corporation
hall commence on the 5th day of
June, 1911, and continue for a period
of fifty years thereafter, unless
sooner dissolved by a vote of two
