Supt. J. C. Mitchell is a graduate
of the Peru State Normal and of
the University of Nebraska. He
taught two years In country schools,

school at Kuslis, Nehr , and three

present year Mr. Mitchell has be. n
taking graduate work at the Univer
sity of Nebraska While Supt. Mit
chell is a stranger to many of the
teachers of this part of the state, he
is well known In Nebraska educa
tional circles.

Supt. O. E. Martin of Nebraska
City is one of the ablest and best
known of Nebraska educators. For
eight years he tins been Identified
with the Nebraska City schools as
principal of the high school and as
superintendent. He Is joint author
with J. V. Scurson of the recently
issued "Studies in Reading".

Supt. A. K. Hildebraud of Hooper
has achieved an enviable reputation
as a successful school man in the
few years he has been engaged in
the work. He Is a Peru Normal
graduate, and has had charge of the
schools at Johnson and Gretna and
Is now serving his first year at
Hooper, tie has made a specialty
of teaching agriculture and the r
suits have been so good as to merit
special mention in the school papers
of the state.
