In a letter Irom Casper, Wyo., Tub Heralu learns that Mrs. Trout and Viola were released by the supreme court after having been sentenced by the lower court on the charge of abandonment of a child. Martin Trout was accused of killing cattle and escaped to Missouri o.-er a year ago. He was captured there and w ts returned to Casper where he and two comrades overpowered the jailors and oscaped being still at large. Martin won first honors in the N. W. Nebraska declamatory contest a few years ago easily winning frCBi a num ber of high school and academies.
