examination of the new custom houso
building, it is almost certain that the
wholo structure must be torn down,

been done. The building is about
hair completed. A careful examina

tractors, Henry Smith & Sons of Bal
timore, are notified what must be

law the loss will fall on the contrac
tors unless congress passes a relief
measure.

condition in sevornl banks whore ex

bank, where it is understood there
