LINCOLN Adjutant General Cul ver has Just Issued orders for reor ganization of tho Nebraska National Guard along tho lines laid down by tho Dick bill and instructions given in general orders of the regular army. Tho reorganization will give the guard sovCral new officers, chief among them being two majors, one for each battalion of tho regiment. Hereto fore each regiment has had but two majors, ono battalion being command ed by tho lieutenant colonel. An elec tion will bo called at once to supply theso newly created offices. Besides these tho governor and ad jutant may appoint a regimental com missary and quartermaster, each of whom will rank as captains and re ceive tho same pay.
