Mrs. Dan O'Keefe went to Alliance Saturday wheto she will meet a sister and an aunt from Pittsburg and accom pany them to Hot Springs, S. D. Mrs. E. G. Rowland has assumed the" di rection of affairs at tjie Commercial hotel during Mrs. O'Keefe's absence. Dan O'Keefe lias bought the north east quarter of the section in which his hotel property is located. This in ad dition to the other land which he al ready held will make a fine pasture. He will also erect a couple of wind mills for irrigation purposes, one at the hotel and one where the O'Keefe house was. Owing to the fall in price of live stock, meats are greatly reduced in price.
