Article HI -Place or Business. The principal place of business of this association shall bc at Emerson, Nebraska. Article IV- -Mciiilicihlilp. Any reputalle breeder who -owns one or more pure-bred animals may become a member of this association upon the payment of a membership fee of $5.00, which shall include his first annual c'uc, and an annual fee of S5.0U per jcar during the time that he belongs to this association, which shall lie due on each succeed ing October 1st, after the year 1921. The officers of this associa tion shall he it President, Vice Presi dent, Secretary -Treasurer, and a Board of Directors, consisting of the President, Vice President and Secretary-Treasurer of the Association, ana seven members, one to represent horse breede s, two to represent swine breeders, two to represent beef cat tle breeders, one to represent dairy cattle breeders, and one to represent sheep breeders, unless there are no breeders from any class from which to select a director. Sec. 2. Each class of breeders en titled to representation will have power to select their own director or directors. Article iVI Election of Officers. The election of officers shall take place immediately following the adop tion of this c nstltution. He shall, upon Inquiry, mail a distributing list showing available stock for market, which list shnll be revised every three months or as often as condi tions warrant.
