the oiHce of the Clerk of Dakota
County, Nebraska.
You and each of you are hereby no
tified that at a sale of lots and lands
for taxes, held on the first of No
vember, 1915, by the Treasurer of
Dakota County, Nebraska, that the
Northwest sub-division, lots One, Two,
Three and Four, Section 21, Town
ship 29, Range 9, Dakota County, Ne
braska, were sold to Win S. White
for delinquent taxes, interest and
costs, for the year 1914, and a tax
certificate for the same issued to
him on the 1st day of November,
1915, which was duly assigned to Rea
II. Dennis on the 24th day of June,
1918.
That the said property was assess
ed for the year 1914 in the names of
the persons to whom this notice is
directed and Rea H. Dennis is him
self the person in actual possession
of the said premises. That personal
service of this notice can not be
made upon any of the above named
persons in Dakota County, Nebraska.

the date of the said Bale, and after
