The authorized capital stock of

of which fully $12,000.00 shall have

commencement of business, which
shall bo issued in shares of the par
value of $100.00.
This corporation shall commence
business on tho 1st day of August,
1918, and shall continue until the 1st
day of August, 1038, with right of
renewal or dissolution, as provided
by law.
Tho Indebtedness of this corpor
ation shall at no time exceed ono.
half of its capital stock, except as
otherwise provided by law.
The affaire of this corporation
shall be under the control and man
agement of a Board of five Directors
who shall be stockholders, whoso
term of oiricc shall bo for ono year
or until their successors aro elected
and qualified.
Tlio Hoard of Directors shall elect

shall elect or appoint n treasurer
and secrotnry, and may create
such other offices and appoint
such other agents as the busi
ness of the corporation may require.
Until the regular annual meeting
