Notice is hereby given that there has boon organized under and pur suant to tho laws of the State of Nebraska, a corporation, Hie name of which is "Hubbard Fanners Supply Company." Tho principal place of transac ting tho business of said corporation shall be at Hubbard, Dakota county, Nebraska. . The object for which this corpor ation is formed Is to buy, .soil, job and traffic in merchandise of all kinds at retail or wholesale, and to own, hold, rent, lease, mortgage, sell and convey real estate nnd personal property as may become desirable or necessary in the conduct of the business. The authorized capital stock of said corporation shall be $20,000.00, of which fully $12,000.00 shall have been paid in at tho time of the commencement of business, which shall be issued in shares of the par value of $100.00. This corporation shall commence business on tho 1st day of August, 1918, nnd shall continue until tho 1st day of August, 1038, with right of renewal or dissolution, as provided by law. Tho indebtedness of tills corpor ation shall at no time exceed one half of its capital stock, except as otherwise provided by law. Tho afi'alrs of this corporation shall lie under the control and man agement of a Hoard of live Directors wlio shall lie stockholders, whose term of office shall be for one year or until their successors arc elected and qualified. The Hoard of Directors shall elect from their number a president, and shall elect or appoint a treasurer and secretary, and may create sucli other offices and appoint such other agents as the busi ness of tho corporation may require. Until the regular annual meeting of tho stockholders which shall be held on tho third Tuesday in May of each year, tho following named per sons shall constitute the Hoard of Directors: George Timlin, Fred Hartels, L.
