Gurnsoy bases his suit for damages on tho allegations that a Btook yards trolley car, while being carelessly oporated, struck his auto mobilo at Fourth and Chambers Btroots, knookiog him to tbo gronnd. Tho suit for $20,000 against the Groat Northern road, which was illod by Book's attor noy, was dismissod in tho federal court. Tho case was transferred to tho federal court from the district court.
