DELINQUENT TAV SALE NOTICE.
Notice Is hereby given that pursuant to
law, I, D. O. Earns, treasurer of Dakota
County. Nebraska, will, beginning on
Monday, November 2. 19H. at nine o clock
In the afternoon of said day, nroceod to
ll the followlnK land and town lots, or
bo much tliert-of as may be necessary to
py the amount of taxes, Interest and
costs now due and unpaid on the name.
Said property will be sold at public auc
tion at tho ofllre of tlia county treasurer
of Dakota County, Nebraska, and said
ato will be continued from day to day
until all of the said lands and town lots
have been offered. ,
The lands and town lots to be sod, and
tho amount of all delinquent tax nrralnst
each, with Interest to dato of sale, are
