Ebel said that he was driving a four horse team to a road drag when the automobile came up behind bira and frightened the horses, three of which were colts. Ac cording to Ebel, he gave the automo bilifrt plenty of room to pass, but in stead of slowing down be sai 1 they came up close behind bim, causing the horses to plunge and jump.
