TO MAKE TURKEY JUICY
Roast turkey is usually dry, but if
one knows just howr to roast a turkey,
the white meat will be sweet and
juicy. About fifteen minutes after
the turkey has been placed in the
oven, open door and cover the bird
with a clean wet cloth and in basting,
always pour fluids over the cloth in
stead of over the roast itself. This
will retain the moisture and keep the
meat juicy and sweet.
