caster County, Nebraska, December
term, 1894, in the matter of the estate
of Henry Atkins deceased.
To the creditors of said estate: Yoi
are hereby notified, that I will sit at the
County Court Koom in Lincoln, in said
County, on the 3rd day of May 1895, and
again on tho 3rd day of August 1895, to
examine all claims against said estate,
with a view to their adjustment and
allowance. The time limited for the
presentation of claims against said estate
is six months from the 2nd day of Feb
ruary A. D. 1895, and the time limited
for the payment of debts is one year
from said 2nd day of February 1S95.
