issory note executed by said Halter, and that
on the 17th day of May 1894, Joseph Wurz-i
burg, acting county Judge of said county,
issued an order of attachment therein for
$450, and that property of said defendant
to-wit: one upright piano and one clock
have oeen attached under said order.

and to have said judgments and liens

and testament of John A. VanDenberg
deceased, is on file in said court, and also
a petition praying for the probate of said
instrument, and for the appointment of
Ella M. VanDenberg as executrix thereof.
