National bank of Dixon, 111., a corporation,

therein, pursuant to an act of the legisla
ture of the state of Nebraska to extend
the contract for the leasing of the penni
tentiary, pennitentiary grounds and con
vict labor to 0. W. Mosher, assignee of W.
H. B. Stout, which, took effect July 1st,
1887, being sectton 43. page 817 of the
compiled statutes of Nebraska of 1893, now
held in the name of William H. Dorgan.
