as executor of the last will and testament
of Eliza F. Clark, deceased, as plaintiff, be
gan an action against you and other defen
dants in the district court of Lancaster
county, Nebraska, the object of which i& to
foreclose a certain mortgage on the following
land in said county, to-wit: lots number ten
(10) and eleven (11) in block number eight
(8) Sunny-side addition, according to the re
corded plat thereof, made by John B. Hor
ton, dated October 29, 188a, to secure the
payment of a promissory note of said J. B.
Horton to one Wm. M. Clark trustee for
$935 on which there is now duo 81,103.30
with interest from April 29, 1891, at ten per
cent, per annum pursuant to coupons.
Plaintiff prays for a decree of foreclosure
and sale of said land to satisfy said liens aB
aforesaid for deficiency judgment and gen
eral relief.
