March, ISM, Do LaGroen, plaintiff herein, filed his
Sctition in tho district court of Lancaster county,
cbraska, against Leander Elliott. Minnie Elliott,
"aroes Clisbe, Francis N. Gibs4n, Jesse Davis, Bon
rurner, Gilbert M. Barnes, Hattie II. Barnes, Dur
rell ft Leiglity, Western Investment company, II.
J. Hall ft Brothor William M. Clark, Nelson C.
Brock, Jesso V. Bell and Annio Bell, defendants,
the object and prayer of which are to forecloso a
certain mortgage executed ou tho 9th day of
December. ISM), by Leander Elliott and Minnio
Elliott to tho Lombard Investment company on lot
numbered eight 8 in block numbered two 12 in
Muir's addition to J. O. Young's East Lincoln, in
Lancaster county, Nebraska, to securo tho payment
of one noto for eleven hundred dollars $11(JU, with
interest at 6 per cent, payablo annually, according
to the tenor and effort of ten interest coupons
thereto attached, duo and payable on tho 1st day
of December, 1894, and now owned by the plaintiff
therein.
That thero is now duo and payablo on said noto
and mortgngo tho sum of $1100.00, with interest at
6 per cent per annum from December 1, 1898, and
the further sum of 11.00 with interest at 10 per
cent from December I, IS9U, and tho
further sum of $ protest fees, with inter
est at 10 per cent from December 4, 1S9C. for which
sums with interest as above, the plaintiff prays
judgment for a decree that the defendants pay the
same and that in default of such payment that tho
defendants may be foreclosed of all equity of re
demption or other interest in said premises, that
said premises may be sold to satisfy tho amount
found due the plaintiff.
You are required to answer said petitioc on or
before tho 31st day of May. 1894.

the 1st day of September, 1894, and again on tho 1st
day of December, 1891. to examine all claims
against said estate, with a view to their adjust
ment and allowance. Tho time limited for tho pre
