Young's East Lincoln, in Lancaster county, Nebraska, to secure the payment of one note for eleven hundred dollars $1100, with interest at 6 per cent, payable annually, according to the tenor and effect of ten interest coupons thereto attached, due and payable on the 1st day of December, 1S94, and now owned by the plaintiff therein. That there is now due and payable on said note and mortgage the sum of $1100.00, with interest at 6 per cent per annum from December 1, 1S93, and the further sum of $33.00 with interest at 10 per cent from December I, IS93, and the further sum of $ protest fees, with inter est at 10 per cent from December 4, 1893. for which sums with interest as above, the plaintiff prays judgment for a decree that the defendants pay the same and that in default of such payment that tho defendants may be foreclosed of all equity of re demption or other interest in said premises, that said premises may, be sold to satisfy the amount found due the plaintiff.
