Votingjn The Omaha Bee Good Will Contest
is now in progress. One or more candidates
will be elected and will sail this summer as an honor dele
gation representing'thiS section. Vote for your favorite
candidate and help her to obtain more voles. Candidates
cannot be elected without your help.
All money obtained in this effort will betaken
to France by the delegates elected, as the
contribution of this section towards the completion of the
work of .the American Committee. Representative Amer
ican business women have been nominated and are devot
ing their time and effort to this work.

This Certifies That the holder of this book is author
ized to solicit funds to be used in the Good Will Election
for girls to be sent to France. " ,

for Devastated France and the stub that is to be retained by the
solicitor with blanks properly filled in. The stub will be turned
over to the Omaha National Bank with money Collected. The
money so collected is the property of the American . Committee
for Devastated France and must be deposited within forty
eight hours. Money collected does not count 'for votes until
deposited with the Omaha National Bank. .
The Deposit of Funds
All funds collected must be deposited with the Omaha National Bank within forty-eight
hours of receipt by the candidate. To get credit for votes, the candidate or her repre-
sentative takes the collected money to the Bank, together with the stubs of receipts
representing the sum to be deposited. At the Bank two deposit slips are made out by i '
the Candidate in her own name as depositor; in other words duplicate deposit slips;
These two deposit slips are tlhen turned over to a representative of the American Com
mittee for Devastated France who will check the sum deposited against the receipt
stubs and stamp both deposit slips with a rubber stamp, signifying that the funds are
to be deposited to the credit of the American Committee for Devastated France, and
the nameof the Candidate to whom the votes are to be credited and the number of
votes. The candidate will then take the deposit slips and the money to the Good Will

each book will contain fifty receipt forms and stubs for the

OUT-OF-TOWN CANDIDATES will vary this procedure by securing from their local
Bank, a bank draft made out to the order of W. Dale Clark,. Treasurer, and mail this
bank draft with their receipt stubs' to W. Dale Clark, Treasurer, care of the Omaha
National Bank, and they will be sent a receipt for the votes to which the draft en
titles them.
