Youth Caught With $10,000
in Drugs Held by U. S. Agents
Louie Filley, debonair youth, ar
rested Wednesday with morphine
and cocaine- worth $10,000, was
turned over to Federal Officers Car
roll and Manning yesterday.
The federal men said their inves
tigations showed that Harry Crounse,
1219 Douglas street, identified Filley
as "J. J. Harris" when he got the
packages of "dope", from the express
company here. The. drugs were
shipped from New York.
They were packed in two boxes,
each three inches square and about
an inch thick. The federal officers
estimated the contents of the two
little boxes would bring $15,000 when
peddled out at prevailing rates;
