There are 16,121,493 acres in Nebraska uncultivated. There are 312,822 acres in Nebraska under ir rigation. There are 904,285 horses and mules in Nebraska. (It takes 5 acres of ground each year to raise feed for each horse or mule) . There are 4,521,425 acres of cultivated land de voted to feeding horses and mules in Nebraska.
