Real Estate board, headed by C F. Harrison. It will be its duty to assist the govern ment in winning the war by conser vation of foods, materials and man power. In upeaking on this subject, Mr. Harrisoa called attention to such flagrant waste of time as is often oc rasioned by the fact that people use party telephone lines for hours in idle gossip when busy people want the lines for important matters. Central will tell the business man that it is against the rules of the company to cut in on a conversation, even though it may have been continuing all day. In such cases it will be the duty of the committee to take up with the telephone' company the matter of makfflg new rules, with the view to preventing patrons of the company from holding the telephone more than a reasonable length of time. There are many othetv ways in which conservation can be assisted. tThe committee will make a study of the whole situation.; JBuuriess Men Associate iC'c.trrs of the Board " The following firms and individuals were last -week, elected to associate membership in the Omaha Real Es tate board: William Baird & Sons, Coad Real Estate company, E.
