Mrs. Bass, who is prominent In na tional suffrage and women's club af fairs, was appointed by the govern ment to place this work before wo men all over the United States, She will name a Nebraska chairman for the work before she leaves Oir-ha. "It is the sacred duty of every wo man to invest in the Liberty bonds, even if it means going without so much food or so much clothing. It is a patriotic investment made for the downfall of autocracy," said Mrs. Bass. "Besides the safe investment feature, your money will help win the war."
