GRAIN AMD PRODUCE Trade on Cash Wheat Market is Brisk, 41thongh Some Prices Drop. CORN SALES ABE GOOD Omaha, December $, 1S1C. There was a good cash Inquiry for wheat today, and while the market sold from ua changed to 2c lower, the trade was pretty brink, and a good percentage or the asm ptfs were dlsposi-d of before noon. There waa not much durum wheat on the tables. but there was a good 'milling demand for the better grades of bsrd winter wheat, and these grades sold quite readily. No. 2 hard brouaht around 11.6(1; No. 2 hard sold gen -rally at $1.63 to $1.16, and a few sales' of No. 4 hard were made arouna 11. v ana $1.01, white the sample grade ranged In Drtee from 11.26 to II. OS. Corn was quoted from unchanged to 1c hither, and the demand was pretty active, but the sellers generally, were Inclined to hold out for better ortces and. as a result, the trade In corri was rather slow. The sellers let go of their yellow corp a little more freely than they did the white, and the commercial grades of yellow sold around 84c and Mc, while mixed corn of the same trade sold at 12 Wc. The oats market wat very quiet, mainly on acrount of the Utht receipts, and nuy ert wera taking the samples at prices rang ing from unchanged to Ujo higher, the No. 2 white selling at blftc, wnue me duik yes- Only one car of rye was received today and that brought $1.40; while about seven cars of barley were reported, most of which sold at unchanged prices.
