Park Playgrounds
Ths city council received a protest
from residents of Bemls park, request
ing that th playground be abandoned
because it la a nulaauce. The document
was referred to Commissioner Hummel
for Investigation and recommendation.

fronting and adjacent to the playgrounds

are placed right in our front yards and
