by the plaintiff that the switching cre

track and against a string of cars on
which McCoy was working with aurh
force that it threw him from the cir
and under the wheels.
When working on cars a blua flag Is
placed at each end of the cars, this
being a signal to switching crews that
tnen are working on or under them and
they must not be moved.
