Jake Gendelman, alias Max Jaoobe, of
Omaha, who ts accused of having two
wires, and who for two yeara haa been
a fugitive, has been arrested In
Schenectady, N. T., according to Informa
tion received by County Attorney Mea
ner. An Information char-gins' bigamy
and requisition papcra were prepared In
the county attorney's office.

whom Gendelman married In Ruaeta. In
