Omaha suggested a friendly suit by
th Omaba officials to require th
South Omaha officials to turn over

procedure. Mayor Dahlnian inferred
from the remarks of the South
Omaba mayor that some sort of a
eult would be necessary, Mayor Hoc-
tor's point being that the officials of
his town want the protection of a
court order before relinquishing cus
tody of funds, property and records.
