Are Sentenced by .

GENEVA, Oct. 24.-(Via Paris, 18:40 a.
m.) Three German spies, having head
quarters In Geneva, were sentenced by
the third military tribunal here Friday.
The three are Lieutenant Colonel Otto
irirloh of Berlin. lr. Wohlander and Herr
Kohr, a chemist. They were charged
with plotting against England and France
and thereby violating Swiss neutrality.
Colonel Ulrlch waj not present, having
gone Into hiding, presumably somewhere
in Switzerland. He was sentenced In de
fault to serve two years In prison and
to poy a fine of :200 tfl.OOO). Dr. -Wohlander
must aerve three months and pay
a fine of 14, and Hcrr Kohr must re
main In prison two months and pay a
fine of'!0. All three were sentenced to
expulsion from Swltserland for life after
serving their sentence.
