sunshine and matchless climate; of glorious mountains and rich plains, with their thousands of growing cities and
towns. People are realizing more and more, with-each succeeding day, that a new country where a 5-acre tract
will support a family and enable them to put a snug sum of money in the bank each seaspn, is just the place for
the thrifty man, who has been cherishing visions of independence for many years, to go and make good.
Bring your wife and your sons to the show
And talk the matter over with them. You will find plenty of evidence in the way of samples of soils, fruits and
grains, and plenty of good literature and fine photographs included among the exhibits, which will be in charge
of well informed men, who can tell you anything you may wish to know.
This show will include exhibits from the richest sections in the states of Nebraska, Colorado, Washington, '
California, Idaho, Montana, Utah, Oregon and Nevada, so that you will find an excellent opportunity to pick a
farm or a business location in either temperate, semi tropical or tropical climates, by simply stepping from booth
to booth.

So many of ourreaders have written us from time to time, asking us for reliable information as to soi), climate and value
of land in localities iu which they were thinking of locating or buying for investment, that we have decided to establish a
Land Information Bureau.
This bureau will make investigations and gather data, so that it will be able to either answer inquiries direct or give par
