CRANE VISITS CITY Pleased with Trade) Conditions n. lie Kind Them In Ouinba and the West. Charles R. Crane of Chicago, vice-president of the Crane Supply company, which has a branch establishment in Omaha, was a visitor here Monday. He had been In Ban Francisco bidding goodbye to his daughter, who left for Japan, and on the way back has been making brief visits to the branches of the company In Denver and Salt Lake City, as well as In Omaha. The local plant was found in very excellent condition and Mr. Crane was especially pleased with the style and convenient ar rangement of the new building at Tenth and Harney. The plain, severe architec ture he commended as most suitable for such a building. He was entirely satlslled with trade conditions In the west. During the afternoon he was shown about the city by Mr. Clement Chase, and visited Mr. Victor Rosewater, Mr. E. V. Lewis, local vice-president, and Mr. R. B.
