The North western will first construct grade for the supply yards west of tha roundhouse here and . lay track at once. The grade will then be pushed on across the Platte river and out over the plain toward Lander and the Wind River Indian reservation. Some time will be required to build the Platte river bridge, but after It Is com pleted the work of grading west of the river will be pushed rapidly. Witte first took his scat as a member of the Aberdeen city council. On Monday evening. May 1, 19o5, he retired to private life. During the in tervening twenty years Mr. Witte has served aa alderman or mayor all but two yFnrs.
