The demand for anything at all desire me

cases the market looked a little stronger.
Buyer all seemed to be anxious for fresh
supplies, and owing lo the mall receipts
there was not enough to go around, so that
everything that waa at all good Boon
changed hand. The commou stuff was not
very active, but still the price paid were
fully as good as yesterday.
The cow market was also active, with
prices steady to utrong, the better bunrhe
showing the most strength. The same as
wilh at per, there were not enough to go
arouDd, so that salesmen experienced little
trouble In disposing of everything they
had on hand.

day. There wa a much better demand for
stockrt and feeders than ha been noticed
before thia week. Several country buyer
were in tlie yard, and, as a result, scru
tators were willing to take on fresh sup
