hereinafter set forth, in full, is submitted
to the electors ol tne State of Nebraska,
to be voted upon at the general election
to be held Tuesday, November 5, A. L.
1901.

A bill for a joint resolution recommend
ing to the electors of the slate to vote ut
the next election of members of the legis
lature for or against a convention to le
vise, amend and change the Constitution
of the State ot Ntbiaaka in accordance
with section II, article 16, of thu Culstllu
tiou of the State of Nebraska.
Be It Resolved by the Lcuiuiuture of the
State of Nebrasku:
1. That it Is dtetned necessary to call a
convention to revise, amend and change
the Constitution of llic State of Nebraska.
I. That the. electors are recommended to
vote at the next election of members of
the leKlsIature for or against a conven
tlon to revise, amend and change the Con
stitution of the Stale of Nebraska.
3. That nt such next election of member
of the legislature 011 the ballot of each
elector voting ut such eleciion, shall be
printed or written In such manner that
the fcli!ct;r cun Indicate his preference
under tne law the words: "FOR calling
a convention to revise, nnvnd and change
the Constitution of the State 01 Nebraska,"
and "AGAINST calling a convention to
revise, amend and change the Constitution
of the Siule of Nebraska ;" and If a mn

for a convention, the legislature shall, nt
