The strength of Chi cago market Tuesday was due to buying orders from the southwest, but today Kan sas City wires that No I hard has sold at 3 cents under the prices holdlna Tuesday. Omaha May and July wheat were bid up in a very erratic and unaccountable man ner. They opened weak on the negative cables. While the kinds that suited buyers were disposed of st an early hour, the others were neg lected all day and some were left In first hands at noon. Ewes sold as high as 84.30, which Is the top price for the season to date. Strlctiy prime wethers and yearlings were scarce, so that the market on paper does not look particularly good.
